The workspace is fully built. All persona files, templates, and protocols are in place.

What's Needed from You:

  1. Register a new bot with @BotFather on Telegram
    - Suggested name: @MidasHoffBot (or your preference)
    - Pass me the bot token

  2. I'll configure the agent in OpenClaw, bind the Telegram channel, and then Midas will message you to begin the onboarding interview.
