The workspace is fully built. All persona files, templates, and protocols are in place.

## Files Created (12):

**Core Identity:**
- `SOUL.md` — Complete persona with onboarding interview protocol (20 questions, 5 phases)
- `IDENTITY.md` — Role definition, architecture awareness, communication style
- `USER.md` — Director profile with onboarding checklist
- `MEMORY.md` — Long-term memory structure
- `TOOLS.md` — Tool usage guide with financial data source registry
- `AGENTS.md` — Workspace rules and session startup

**Memory Templates:**
- `memory/investor-profile.md` — Structured template for 5-phase onboarding interview
- `memory/watchlists.md` — Equity + options + macro tracking
- `memory/market-regime.md` — Regime assessment framework

**Directories:**
- `memory/trades/` — Trade journal entries (YYYY-MM-DD-symbol.md)

## What's Needed from You:

1. Register a new bot with `@BotFather` on Telegram
   - Suggested name: `@MidasHoffBot` (or your preference)
   - Pass me the bot token

2. I'll configure the agent in OpenClaw, bind the Telegram channel, and then Midas will message you to begin the onboarding interview.
