Task

Build classification & routing layer for family email pipeline.

Problem: Newsletters are silently dropped. Matt wants them summarized and forwarded.

Solution: Classify emails, route to appropriate handler:
- Appointment → Calendar + Telegram
- Newsletter → Summarize + Telegram only
- Family → Calendar + Telegram
- Other → Telegram only
