The Strategy

  1. Hook (now): Sell ATs on mobile sideline UX + automated parent/coach communication. No more laptop on a muddy sideline.
  2. Trojan Horse: Once ATs enter all live data into RTSport (because it's easier), SWOL becomes a dusty end-of-year compliance filing cabinet.
  3. Killshot (v1.5): Sync connectors rebranded as Migration Tools — "Import your SWOL history so you can cancel your contract."

Impact on Roadmap

  • EMR sync connectors: Downgraded from "Core Workflow" to "Enterprise Integration/Migration"
  • AT sideline UX: Promoted to hero feature. Must be flawless in high-stress, one-handed environments.
  • No waiting on legacy APIs: Full speed ahead on standalone platform.
