Instant coach/parent visibility. ## The Strategy 1. **Hook (now):** Sell ATs on mobile sideline UX + automated parent/coach communication. No more laptop on a muddy sideline. 2. **Trojan Horse:** Once ATs enter all live data into RTSport (because it's easier), SWOL becomes a dusty end-of-year compliance filing cabinet. 3. **Killshot (v1.5):** Sync connectors rebranded as Migration Tools — "Import your SWOL history so you can cancel your contract." ## Impact on Roadmap - **EMR sync connectors:** Downgraded from "Core Workflow" to "Enterprise Integration/Migration" - **AT sideline UX:** Promoted to hero feature.
