**Matt's Priorities:**
1. **iPad/iPhone Dashboard UI** — Test and refine responsive layout
2. **HBM (Hybrid Briefing Mode)** — Document coordination via ambient chat

## 1. Dashboard on iPad/iPhone

**Status:** Ready for testing. Cards fixed, JSON rendering resolved, IMAP proxy live.

**What to check:**
- [ ] Login page renders correctly on iPad Safari
- [ ] All cards show HTML (not JSON) after auth
- [ ] Event Graph shows calendar events
- [ ] IMAP card shows "Connected" status
- [ ] Responsive layout in portrait + landscape
- [ ] Touch targets large enough for fingers
- [ ] Light mode looks good (iOS default)

**Access:** `https://family.hoffdesk.com` (via Cloudflare tunnel)

**Known issue:** iCloud app password is active, emails will start flowing to Event Graph.

**If issues found:** Route to Daedalus for CSS/frontend fixes.

## 2. HBM — Hybrid Briefing Mode

**Status:** Phase 8 spec exists (`icarus-phase-8-silent-observer.md`) but needs implementation planning.

**What HBM means:**
- Family coordinates via natural Telegram chat (no app switching)
- Icarus silently extracts coordination from messages
- Only speaks up when conflicts detected
- Zero-UI for Aundrea — she just chats naturally

**Architecture ready:**
- Tier 1: Tripwire (regex/keyword filter — <10ms)
- Tier 2: Heavy Lifter (8B model on Gaming PC — 1-3s)
- Telegram group: "Family Logistics"
- Icarus bot: Privacy Mode OFF (reads all messages)

**Implementation needed:**
- [ ] Telegram bot setup in group chat
- [ ] Tripwire module (Python/regex)
- [ ] Coordination state extraction pipeline
- [ ] Conflict detection logic
- [ ] "Speak up" vs "silent update" decision tree
- [ ] Event Graph integration for extracted items

**Route to:** Socrates (backend pipeline) + Daedalus (if UI needed for config)

Both items can be queued for tomorrow morning:
- **Dashboard testing** — Matt does UAT, reports issues
- **HBM planning** — Needs Socrates scoping session

**Suggested flow:**
1. Matt tests dashboard on iPad → reports findings
2. If clean, dispatch Daedalus for any polish
3. Dispatch Socrates for HBM architecture session (Proof of Intent)
4. Schedule HBM build for next sprint
